Curated by Amik Kler, The Ethereal Showcase brought a vibrant burst of color and cultural commentary to Miami’s Art Basel circuit. Held at the Dua Hotel in Brickell and installed for four days, the exhibition featured bold, graphic, and pop-inflected works that embraced the city’s electric energy while offering sharp reflections on identity, media, and material desire.
The space was transformed into a visual playground—playful yet intentional, immersive yet editorial. Neon tones, surreal forms, and tongue-in-cheek iconography collided across mediums, creating a high-gloss sensory experience that invited both fun and friction. True to Amik’s curatorial ethos, the showcase blurred the line between spectacle and substance—turning the hotel into a living gallery where art pulsed with immediacy and Miami’s unmistakable heat.
