Transforming Ideas Into Culture

I’m Amik Kler, a creative director and strategist based in New York, working across fashion, art, and culture. My career spans technology consulting and strategic partnerships at Deloitte, runway and editorial modeling, and the creative direction of campaigns and cultural events.

I’ve worked in boardrooms, backstage, and on set, experiences that inform how I connect business ambitions with creative expression. As a co-founder of Glass Hour Collective, I’ve brought artists, designers, and performers together for multidisciplinary experiences during New York Fashion Week and Miami Art Basel. Today, I partner with founders and creative teams to shape brands, develop campaigns, and create experiences that bring people together.

Guided by intuition and grounded in strategy, I’m drawn to the feeling behind an idea and the possibilities within it. My Punjabi heritage, queer identity, and spiritual curiosity shape a practice rooted in communication, connection, and transformation, extending into the conversations I host about identity, culture, and self-expression.
